You need minimum 1 year insurance worth 400,000 THB plus 40,000 THB outpatient coverage. On top you will need Certificate of Entry (COE) which I'm confident the embassy website will tell you the requirements to obtain that.

Lomuamart is correct. Non-O holders without Thai family cannot return at this time even if they have valid visa and re-entry permit.
Only option for now is to re-apply for a Non-O-A visa, and to do that requires a long list of supporting documents.

The ENT doctor on Petkhasem Road opposite Hua Hin hospital was indeed good and she helped me with ear problems several times. Regrettably she died of cancer about 2 years ago. She was only about 35 years.

Does anybody know where the Ear, Nose and Throat clinic opposite Hua Hin General Hospital has moved. I visited the place in the past and the lady doctor was always very effective and professional. I asked in the adjacent Eye clinic, but they could only tell me the ENT clinic was closed.
