Re: Customs visit

Reading through everyone's post about Prachup Kirikhan Customs. A couple of months ago I had to pick up a parcel from there which came from UK. I was there for ages as they supposedly looked on the Internet to see what the items were made of! Despite me repeatedly saying that it was Felix Cat Food (...

Stone tiles

Hi guys, i am looking to re-pave my driveway and surrounding Areas. Have had a look for stone paving but to no avail. Can anyone put me in the right direction. I am thinking either brickwork or if I can find the right paving (square like large tiles, description not good, I know), I would appreciate...

Amazon delivery to Hua Hin

Apart from those books etc ordered through Amazon has anyone ever had anything else delivered direct here to their home in HH? I am talking about perfume and those kind of items? Would duty/taxes require to be paid on them therefore knocking up the price of the product? Does anyone know if there is ...

Re: crepes & Co

I can vouch for Ralphsandbag.....I was there last night and the food was good.....tried various starters...each had different dishes...and enjoyed them! I don't think we are easily pleased when it comes to food and don't mind paying the price if its up to standard. Ambience was great considering whe...

Re: Hello from newbie with big plans

I, being one of the "minority" by the sounds of things here, agree with Takiap........if it feels right go for it.....HH is no better and no worse than any other "town/City" ....not sure how to describe it having lived in bigger cities in the world...than anywhere else. Sure over...

Re: Missing family dog

We are following all leads which have come from the forum member calls. Thank you all so much for your comments. Our Jack has never really been out on his own before so I would hazard a guess and say that he will either be frightened or enjoying his freedom, hopefully, and not come across the leader...

Re: [ADVERTORIAL] The Palm Bistro & Wine Bar

I agree with huahinin, my husband and I went to the Palm Bistro with friends for Sunday roast and it was absolutely gorgeous. The setting is so peaceful and relaxing will definitely make it high on my list for food and service.

Re: Missing family dog

Thank you for your reply, we know its a long shot but hoped that it might jolt memories of those forum members maybe within the area. Sometimes if a well looked after animal is taken in by a household and fed, they may not think it belongs to someone else, or that it has been abandoned. We will keep...

He was last seen heading towards the Queen's Gardens at Soi Mon Mae. Despite continually out looking for him we have had no luck. We have loo...

Re: Social venues

Thanks for replying to my question everyone. I will check out the bars mentioned in JW's reply as a couple of them I am sure I haven't been into. As I loved walking in my own country the Hash seems a good start but, not so sure about afternoons tho' as the heat/humidity is not appealing. Paderborn, ...

Social venues

Can anyone please advise me on where, if any, you can join a social club? By that I mean somewhere to go where you can meet people with similar interests, ie, having fun and chatting, of course drinking will go hand in hand. I have been down town to the usual bars but they always seem to be more gea...
