curly's serves only 1 type of indian curry, similar to a jalfrezi (uk indian style) chicken or prawn and can be made hot or not so. i believe the price is around 150b all in.
it is excellent and well worth trying out.

the best curry in hua hin is to be found at curly,s bar & bistro on petchkasem rd, served with a naan bread, superb. plus they have cheap beer all afternoon as well.

my favourite is curly's for there indian curry and breakfasts and also backyard steak for there general variety and quality.
money no object, would be the burj al arab in dubai (i know not hua hin)
