Yes you go to post office and ask for postal order ,it takes a while as not all know what it is. I have never asked them to nominate to whom or where just fill it in myself. I send it ems and return ems and 10 days is about right but remember 10 working days. Been doing it for 11 years no problems.

I agree that medical insurance can be very expensive. However if limited to Asia it reduces the cost dramatically.
