Black Mountain is building a Waterpark, Wakeboard park and a small sailing lake. Thats my understanding.
Only a few more months and I hope to be enjoying all of it!

One of the drawbacks to purchasing was financing in Thailand.
We got lucky...I guess. Or maybe it was good negotiating.
We put down 30% and got financing from the builder. At a very low interest rate.

I like the idea of 30% off for members of other courses.
I just bought a house at Black Mountain.
I'm from Canada and here we allow members from other courses to each others courses for free. Once or twice a month.
