Google translate (always worth a try with individual words) gives the following for midget: คนแคระ - sounds like 'khon kreh' to me.

Big Boy, in that case, why not buy the medication from a pharmacy? I don't see how the hospital can object, as you've paid for the diagnosis and the prescription - where you buy the medication they've prescribed is surely 'up to you'?
