Hmm, expected this to be a dead topic... Anyway, if the big boys wouldn't set up a shop each time right beside a new small "independent" shop we'd have half a dozen kiteboarding school/shops here in Hua Hin. Easy. Their aggressive tactics didn't work so far. Only bad blood. Now they're up...

But the thing we have to understand is that every school from now have to be registered with their own company, pay tax and have workpermit. It makes the kite business more organized. You can't just put up a tent on the beach anymore and call it a school and give a shit in pay taxes, have insurance,...
