I don't know how it is in during the week days. I was there on saturday and it was complete packed. But you are right about the prices. Maybe the drinks are a bit expensive - (like Mai Tai I think), but personally I'd rater pay a little more and not having to listen to "Hallo sexy man" - b...
I actually found a brand new bar in Hua Hin named Nervana. I found it very cool. Completely different from all the other bars in soi Bintabaht, with no bar girls, and with very nice interior. And the drinks were great .
