I've booked a few days in koh tao, leaving from hua hin, without finding out how to get there. Could anyone tell me the quickest way and from where?? Many thanks

My fiance and myself are getting married in hua hin in 2013. we plan to visit in feb/march and would really appreciate any recommendation as to where to have the ceremony. ideally we are looking for a garden/beach wedding, that can cater for 50-60 people. also we are looking for a dj for the evening...
