Bandwidth can be compared to a water supply, you can change the size of the pipe but not the volume of what is supplied.

Re: Chinese tourists (and their habits) surge into Thailand

Just an observation here but having recently passed through Swampy I would say that over 80% of the 'foreigners' there were Chinese. It is a case of 'spot the farang' in the outgoing immigration queue (which is still long and slow). Judging by the hoards, tourism numbers may well be up, maybe these ...

Boat tragedy ‘unlikely to hamper tourism’ The tour boat catastrophe in Phuket was unlikely to harm the Thai tourism industry, but the government must respond to it decisively, the chief economist at Siam Commercial Bank said on Monday. In the...

BTW - the WC football streaming works perfectly in HD on http://true4u.truelife.com/ if any of the family has a True SIM card/phone number and enters this with the free ID/code they send you.

PIA, $70 for two years.

No problems with it so far, can use it on 5 different devices and they have a whole range of countries to connect to. Haven't even noticed a drop in speed when downloading or streaming.

Re: How Do You Receive Your Thai TV?

I don't see why anybody would bother with a direct Thai TV feed if they're subscribing to a package that provides it anyway. Because there are many that don't want to subscribe to a package when you can get most things (including Thai TV) for free. Our household has not paid for a TV package in ove...

Yep Teatime a dead duck now.

You know with a VPN set on a UK IP address you can watch games on catchup using the ITV Hub, BBC iPlayer won't stream on my crappy TOT connection though.
