Re: YouTube Vanced

This one, ver. 22.38? https://www.apkmirror.com/apk/yuliskov/stn-stable-android-tv/stn-stable-android-tv-22-38-release/ The reason I ask for and provide links is because it is better to have a recommendation from someone who has tried and used a clean working version. There are a lot of fakes and ma...

Re: Thailand changes visa rules to boost economy urgently

The DTV could be a good option for those who want to stay 180 days per year to avoid being taxed here - seems like a middle-ground visa between tourist and non-immigrant.

Re: YouTube Vanced

YouTube Vanced stopped working for me. The problem is when the regular version of YouTube updates, it blocks the version of Vanced installed. I haven't tried reinstalling it again with a newer version.

Re: Euros 2024

I've watched most of the games in the tournament, and Spain has played the best and most entertaining football and deserves to win it, IMO. I had Spain to get to the final from the start. England are just dull to watch and I don't expect them to beat Holland, but will cheer them on anyway as I'll pr...

Re: Travel to Huay Xai - Laos

I did Luang Prabang to Huay Xai by river (hitched a ride on a cargo boat with a local family delivering motorcycles to the villages) in the late 1990s. It was a journey I'll always remember, and I saw a lot of the country that you wouldn't normally see by road (which wasn't an option back then). lao...

Re: Travel to Huay Xai

I've departed via Huay Xai overland, never knew it had an airport, its a tiny border town on the river. I would use Luang Prabang which is much larger (town and airport) and equipped to deal with foreign tourists.

Re: E-books and e-book readers

Be careful. A lot of them are scams sent by fake domain names imitating Z-library, trying to get people to send them money. I bin them instantly and still have access, though their domain does change often.
