well in their defence i had to attend the hospital 3 times in june and july 08 with my young son for ear & eye infection...as well as for an older relative... the diagnosis given was correct and the price of the examination and medications were fair... never felt overcharged...

its opposite (within 30 meters) of brand new development.just pass the elephant village....not sure what is the exact land value there, but i am well aware of what they charge in the close by development...perhaps you cant compare it because of added services but at least it give you a good guidelin...
