Never felt unsafe in Hua Hin and I've often staggered home at 3 or 4 in the morning. Did very nearly got bitten by a dog, but that was the middle of the afternoon. Stared it down and it got bored.

I have the W club on my to do list... sounds like a thai phrase book may come in very useful

Thipurai City Hotel is very open to Guests. They have to leave their ID at the desk though.

Had a great night in the Hilton. Its good fun or was for me. Twice as expensive I think? Back to Hua Hin in November.........hopefully!
