cost of government lease registration for land

Hi all, I am being asked by the company that is building my house for 300,000baht for the 30 year lease fine, but now they say the registration fee will be 100,000baht, can anyone tell me if this is excessive or the norm as I have been told it should be around 20k, can anyone shed some light on this...

I am currently offshore in the UK and return to Hua Hin on 23rd August, my wife informed me that my neighbours tazered a soi cat the other night because it was keeping them awake, is this legal or do we report them.

We are preparing a similar exercise to bring 2 dogs from the Netherlands in November and we compared the costs of several airlines, which fly directly from Amsterdam to Bangkok. Bringing Dogs to Thailand from the UK

Just a quick note, I have recently brought my 3 dogs over to Hua Hin from the UK (fairly large dogs) and I was given a quote of just under £4000 for this service, so I phoned Lufthansa and they said I could fly them as excess baggage which I did, this cost me £734 a big saving on nearly 4k, on arriv...

Having been in Hua Hin for a few weeks my wife is missing the usual Emmerdale Corrie etc, is there a way of viewing these programmes over here, tried you tube but not very good coverage

I have been spoiled by being brought up on fish and chips in Grimsby, and no where else has come close to matching Grimsby fish n chips
