Hi When you get to Hua Hin and are settled let me know and we can meet for coffee. There will be a Ladies lunch on the 15 June and if you can attend you will meet a lot of ladies. There is a lot going on book swap. stitch and bitch etc you can be as active as you like!

I suffer from white coat hypertension as well! If I have my blood pressure done at the hospital it is much too high but when I take it at home it is OK - I have now convinced the hospital to use the blood pressure readings I take at home and they are happy!

Korat Kitchen is open again! It is on 102 over the lever crossing and just continue up the past all the other restaurants and it is on your right hand side; easy to spot. Just keep going and you will see it. It is opposite the Muay Thai boxing area.

Try Hua Hin hospital first they will be a lot cheaper than Bangkok Hospital. Just go into the hospital and walk to the back of the entrance area and there you will find English speakers who will help you. This service costs 200 baht but is well worth is as now you are private so do not have to wait ...

I piggybacked my husband when I was under 50 and still do now I am over 50! It has never been questioned by an immigration officer!
