It is rather expensive to fly to Manila from Bangkok. I checked the price recently for Thai Airways and it was something like 16,000 baht return. Philippine Airline is somewhat cheaper though but can easily get fully booked. Cheaper alternatives might be to fly with a budget airline first to Singapo...
