The place I have rented is ideal for my needs for less than 20k....fully furnished to a good standard,pool and garden maintained and a 12month renewable contract. I've seen too many horror stories up here in KK about private rentals like piss poor furniture,no maintenance and unscrupulous price hike...

Just a quick update.

I popped down to HH this week and dealt with Som at HH Property Agent......Got fixed up with a 2 bed pool Villa at the right price.
Will be moving down on the 5th September....see you then!
