the ribs are excellent and yes buff bills is the same buff bills, which closed down original location and combined menus at FW. if getting ribs as entree, get the fries, mashed pot are little weak. if not a large eater, BB used to have before 4 pm special on ribs, half rack, no salad bar, nice price...
