The only (closest) decent hardware shop re tools, el-tools + other related stuff is Big C in Petchaburi. I'm sure you can find tools in H.H. but you'll have to search trough an endless list of small shops scattered all around. Also, the prices are low in H.H. but so also the quality. At least Big C ...
