Recently a farang tourist without international driving license had to pay 1000 Baht. This stupid guy should have gone to police station the fine is 400 Baht. and he would receive a receipt.

This mafia seems nothing else to do, smokers alike drivers are easy targets.

Why not mention on this forum ? Everybody could read this on Thai newspapers, watch on Thai TV channels, read on Thaivisa and Facebook. The person is known in HH and not appreciated by a lot of people.
