why is condo electric supply so expensive

We are currently renting a house and paying the standard rate directly to PEA of around 4 baht/unit. All the condo's we have looked at to move to are stating the electric is 8 baht/unit. Is there any real justification for this?

Re: Is there any company who do a visa rund from HH

There's one I used recently - the ground floor of the Condochain building along the Petchkasem road has a photo shop which does visa runs to the Kanchanaburi border. It was a good service - nice van, good driver and stopped for refreshments and lunch (included in the price). I found another one whic...

Re: Oil Slick puts Hua Hin Beach at it's dirtiest ever ?

Had a walk along the beach just south of Takiap today. Quite a depressing site...so many foreigners on sun loungers and at the beachside cafes but the beach itself was covered in what looked like plastic sheets or bags covered in oil and black globules on the sand. Re: Which Mobile Phone?

I really wouldn't recommend Windows Phone / Mobile. Could of possibly succeeded if Microsoft hadn't neglected it for so long. Continuum also seems quite pointless to me, and lacks support from almost all apps - https://blog.imason.com/windows-phone-c ... snt-ready/

Re: The I-things (Apple devices) thread

Maybe something I don't understand but why cant she just create a new apple id? For example I gave my old iPhone to my wife, she created a new apple id and is able to use it and download apps.

I don't know them but the "Eight Miles from Home" couple on Youtube recently got METV's from the Hull Thai Consulate. They have also just moved to Hua Hin.

Re: Kanchanaburi Border - Visa Run with own Vehicle

Went there last week using a visa run tour so can confirm it is open. I don't think you will be allowed to take your own vehicle accross though.
