Stayed at the IBIS hotel last week. Rates paid: B 1'000 per room/per day from Sunday to Thursday. B 1'700 per room/per day for Friday and Saturday. Room well appointed, about 20 m2 in size with a balcony. The bed 1.60 x 2.00 m with good quality linen and bed-spread. Mini-fridge, flat-panel/cable TV....

With B 20'000 a month expenditure you'll last 12 years and a few months,

with B 15'000 a month expenditure you'll last 16 years and a few months.

The developer can charge the house owners at his own discretion, as it's nothing to do with the Tessaban.

Please bear also in mind that this water is not suitable for the swimming pool (cracking of tiles) as it's containing a lot of calcium and the water is hard.

Almost all banks state their interest rates, but the tax is not mentioned.....a bit misleading

Under resort owners committee you'll find some information to your query.

Just to point out that any time deposit is subjected to a tax of 15%.

Not to incur any tax, invest in funds which offer above banks interest rates.

Such as Krungsri (for investments) offer between 3-4 % (annually) with no tax.
