What makes Hua Hin so good?

Gentlemen of the Board,

Just curious as a long time BKK, Pattaya and Phuket visitor, I have to admit that I never headed down to Hua Hin. Just out of curiousity is it better than the places I described?

Its no better and its no worse, its just a little different, and in some ways thats the attraction.
