Anyone know a good lawyer / Builder

Greetings members

1st message so please be kind. I am comming to hua hin late july to buy a house on the palm hills golf course my first question is could anyone recommend a good lawyer for this transaction? (inc setting up company, lease? )also what are the likely costs?
My second question is i want to have a swimming pool built, any recomendations? also likely costs for a 8 by 4 including all bits, pump,filters,ect.

For the lawyer,be carefull,some persons call themself lawyers but are in fact not agreed by the government.One serious lawyer I know is Mister chatchai Marasri from Khorat,but he's often in Bangkok aswell.Tel number +6619665787,for prices of company registration you have to contact himself.If ever tell him Mario from Belgium recommend him.
For the pool,have a look at GDL Pool shop.www.poolshopthailand.com
They are based in Hua Hin aswell.
The price for this size should be about 450 000 Baht.

Hi,

We are currently having a swimming pool built by Sam who has a pool company in the Hua Hin Observer building, the price was brilliant and includes a spa, his english is quite good.
When choosing size and design he came out and measured - also marks the outlet with blue dye so you actually know roughly the shape and size and also lets you pick you ceramics.

As for the pool company been in touch and was quoted 690k !!! for a 8m by 4m pool, got to be better prices somewhere
