If just general swim wear, it's everywhere, try Market Village? Or any of 1,000 shops.

US style swim "Trunks" or a German style "Banana Hammock"? There's a few good stores at Market Village for either.

They have a Speedo swimwear section upstairs in the old Hua Hin shopping mall in the centre of town.
