Re: Golf Subforum
Hi i am new to HH forum, i think its a great idea
Re: Golf Subforum
I agree 100%...........and as a thought since I'm constantly buying and selling golf paraphernalia maybe a subgroup for that. I know the classifieds are there but I hardly ever look at them.........would be more fun to have it readily available and personally I would be happy to pay some form of lump sum one-time or periodic payment for the privilege.
Re: Golf Subforum
Sounds good ... lumps all the golf together for those interested ... good idea FOUR it.
Thats me Im on my way to luxury

Re: Golf Subforum
Well I was expecting a subforum like that, but unfortunately it doesn't quite work out how I expected.
If there are new posts in the subforum then the main "events and activities" topic shows up as having new posts (even if all the new posts are in the golf subforum), so it's not really that useful! It's a long time since I've used phpBB, but does it allow for changing of this behaviour?

Re: Golf Subforum
Its actually already as big as some forums in its own right, so I think it would be better off as a 'forum', sitting next to the Sports section in 'the lounge'.

Yes, I agree. Petecaller wrote:Its actually already as big as some forums in its own right, so I think it would be better off as a 'forum', sitting next to the Sports section in 'the lounge'.
