What is the latest on camera shops in Hua Hin? Is there anything with a decent range of DSLRs at reasonable prices or is Lazada still the place to go?

There is now another camera shop selling high end stuff on the top floor of Market Village but I haven't a clue what their pricing is like. I don't suppose physical shops anywhere can compete with online suppliers these days.

Well it pays to shop around. There are two branches of 'Big Camera' in Hua Hin. Avoid the Bluport one as it is significantly more expensive than the one in Market Village which was close enough to Lazada prices to warrant a purchase there.
