For a good salad I am usually going to
Wijittra BBQ Garden in Soi 88, close to the gas station.
They have a small choice of good and fresh salad, like tomatos, green salad, potato salad. And Ceasar's salad.
You can mix it by yourself.

(And the BBQ is absolutely delicious.)

Unfortunately the place that had the best Ceaser salad in town was Baan Steak on Soi 102 but they seem to have gone out of business. Cool Breeze used to have some good salads. I make the best Ceasar Salad myself now nearly every day.
My brain is like an Internet browser; 12 tabs are open and 5 of them are not responding, there's a GIF playing in an endless loop,... and where is that annoying music coming from?

Nothing to touch the salad bar in Sizzler (Market Village). 180 Baht which includes a choice of soups, all kinds of dressings (including Blue Cheese), a warm pasta dish and dessert. The salad buffet is extremely varied and includes a ready made Ceasar Sald, seafood salad, etc. It's in a class of its own.

I agree sizzler has a good salad bar. All you can eat soups, salad, and pastas. They also have a selection of different lettuces. Another place is the mini farm restaurant which has a pretty good Caesar salad.

Best salad you can get in Hua Hin in my opinion is the greek salad at the restaurant at Anantasila. Should be simple enough to make a good greek, but somehow they manage to f*** it up most places, in different ways, Thailand and elsewhere.

However, Anantasila's is better than what you usually get in Greece, even. To me, it's the perfect lunch -- in the sea breeze at teir beach bar, with a glass of cold white wine, or an ice cold Singha, and some of that nice (complementary) focaccia on the side. Yum.
