Zebwer

Several people have mentioned Zebwer on Soi 112 for Sunday Roast. Cannot see any reports. Does any HHF people have any comment?

It's very good. Not the cheapest (about 350 Baht for roast Lamb). Have a good choice chicken, pork, lamb & beef. Yorkshire puddings are very good. This is not just Sunday but every day except Wednesday.

Go there regularly, havnet had the roast dinner but from eating their Toad in the Hole (really great but dont do the roast beef version), Fish and chips (exellent batter) I would say it should be very good - but does it better Palm Bistros... tough to do right now.
Had takeaways several times and missed dishes everytime, few nights ago we ordered a red curry, came as green curry.... serioulsy after 3 attempts - in Thai language each time we couldnt get a red curry... and the green kept coming back.
Actually we really like the place, great for kids, friendly staff and a full menu, but they do let themselves down a little when the staff miss orders and cant understand simple stuff.
I am not sure if the boss is away as I havent seen him or wife for a while... this could certainly be the reason for some of the little problems over the past 3 weeksor so because before that we couldnt fault it.
We will go back for sure because every place ha good nights and not so good ones and when all is said and done its a great place.

After viewing all the previous good comments, I am loathe to make comment.
My wife and went there last Sunday. I ordered Sunday Roast Lamb and wife ordered Isaan food.
The lamb was the usual paper thin slices that one has come to expect in Thailand. It was tough and had a bad taste. I offered some to my wife and she was most unladylike.. spat it out.
Told waiter but it did not seem to dazzle him. Did not see anyone around that I would say was in charge.
My wife liked the Isaan food. However, I am not sure that I will make a return visit.
