Pineapple Surplus 2018

Post by PeteC »

Repeating something most of you probably already know. The farmers are almost giving it away as so much surplus this year. The Army has bought tons to feed the troops, PTT is allowing sales at most of their stations in growing areas, and where I live in Rayong there are pineapple vendors at every street corner trying to unload their stock.

It's sweet, good quality, and different varieties (don't ask as I don't know), but some have a taste similar to the fragrance of certain flowers, some are more juicy than others, and some are sweet/tart that many like.

We are enjoying it almost nightly and not sick of it yet. :D Pete

You can add in sugar to that list too.
