British Weather

Post by Jaime »

For all you people moaning about the heat in Thailand, it's May 21st - officially summertime here in Britain - and I'm considering putting the central heating back on again :? ! It was on for some of last weekend as temperatures dropped to 8 degrees! This afternoon I got caught in a torrential hailstone storm walking home from the park with the wife & kids. Roll on Hua Hin!

Here, in Belgium, we have the same cold situation : unstable weather for the next 100 years ...

Got an sms from Hua Hin 2 minutes ago : seems that the rain fall all day on those sweet little girls ...

Yeah, torrential rain yesterday that led to my downfall - ie caught in a bar until it finished.
A good dose of hailstones might have been better for the pocket and the head.

Yep, I was sitting at the beach here in Pattaya yesterday afternoon and evening watching the thunderheads build up over you guys across the gulf. Quite a lightning show, the best I've seen in quite awhile. Pete
