Pol. Lt. Thinnaphan Sujjanan was notified that there was a foreign man who had suffered a heart attack while riding his bicycle in Hua Hin.
At the incident the officers found a Mr. Altan Oscar Walzer, aged 63 a Swiss tourist lying on the road and was breathing mildly. His friends had assisted to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) on him. The rescuers then rushed him to Bangkok hospital (Hua Hin) where he later died.

Sad to hear this, he was quite young... RIP I condolences to his friends and family, terrible for them on their vacation....
