It will keep the weekend crowd down a bit once cha am develops, how long before the dodgy devolopers move to cha am. and leave us alone in hua Hin

When all the land has been developed on or Hua Hin stops being a desired resort, 15 years!?

are these golf courses part of an actual plan or is it just rumour. Looking to invest and ch am seemed a good place but definitely if golf courses are planned. any info would be much appreciated

I agree with Super Joe nothing will happen until the economy recovers and that could take a few years. By then who knows what will be built there.

IMHO it is a good place for long term investment. :cheers:
