Cha-am development

A lot going on it appears around Cha-am near Regent - Holiday Inn / Novotel area , they are building new beach roads according to our friends all the way from the summer palace right through to Cha-am. Also a few more bars and eating places opening up in the village, looking forward to being able to walk the dog from Springfield into Cha-am when finished - not sure how long it will take though but should certainly improve things.
