Does anyone have any tips for a nice apartment or house for rent in Cha-am? I don´t have any idea what the prices are like there but no more than about 6000B a month, of course less is better :o

Also any tips of how the prices are there compared to Bangkok, Pattay or Koh Chang would be great since I haven´t actually been there yet :mrgreen:
