Reviews of the Novotel Cha Am (Formerly Courtyard Marriott)

Wondering if any of you have been to/in the Novotel. Had intended on staying there when it was a Marriott (brand loyalty, points, benefits, etc...), but with the rebranding, not sure whether it would be considered one of the better choices to stay in that area.
