Cha Am inexpensive hotel?

I am thinking of booking a getaway night at Rungaran de Challet in Cha Am. It is inexpensive and has good reviews on Trip Adivsor. Has anyone stayed there recently? Does anyone have any other suggestions in the 1000-2000 baht range?
