And are you trying it again with this stupid statement:
Now the reason for that is because I do live in the UK so have no experience of being an expat. Is it that when you've been over there a while, the original reason for living/going to Thailand, namely BG's, becomes secondary and one longs for home?
So every expat here only came here for the hookers?

:guns:

BTW I have no idea what any of this has to do with guesthouses.

There are other reasons for coming here

Now I know what's wrong with living in a tourist town -- dumb, bloody tourists like that one!

That might also explain why I avoid Binthabat, & why the Goanna is going to be so sorely missed -- to return to the original topic!

Here's hoping we can soon get a bar where you can have a quiet beer, watch some rugbny, & not get bothered by the local ladies unless you so wish!

Troopie - why don't you start one!

It could also act as a base for the HHAD social rugby team that you should also organise!

Isn't this topic about a family type guest house changing to a BJ bar? If so, I thought my question was valid and on topic... sorry

Depends how you look at it.
But in all honesty, they have far better breath than you since they Listerine twice per hour
