New Condo Construction Moratorium

Does anyone know where I can find information on the condo construction moratorium? I heard that no new permits will be issued for Hua Hin and building can't be higher than 7 stories. Something like that? Thanks for any information.
I really like this forum because there are no personal attacks. All the members contribute in a positive way to my posts.
