Land and house registration

The other day I got a message from my lawyer that two(2) ladies at his office had stopped working so I had to find two others thai persons to sign in name in my company which is the owner of the land. My question is I pay my lawyer about 20000 bath every year for taxes and taking care of my company. But my lady say that I can register in a way that I pay less,do anybody know the thai rules? I want to be secure that I am the headchief of the company, in a way that I have controll

I just wonder which is the cheapest way to register house and land, I have stayed together with my girlfriend fo 8 years, but still I want to have security
