Housing Development in the hill?

Post by Frank La Rue »

I was browsing a development on the Net, and from one picture I thought I could see in the background a new development on the right hand side of road 3218 overlooking Hua Hin town and the coast. Obviously it would be a prime location. Can anyone confirm if a development is under construction there and if so, it's name?

Sorry, you lost me as soon as you said, "3218." Maybe a map would help, but I haven't got a clue where you mean.

3218:

[Mod Edit] Very sorry, but although relevant to the conversation, your link isn't permitted on the forum. We've determined the road anyway now.

OK, I've found 3218, which I know as Pala-U Road. It's a long road, how far along? Near to?

Blue Mountain is on the left.
right hand side of road 3218 overlooking Hua Hin town and the coast
I can't think of any development on the right that would overlook the town and coast. I'm assuming you are going up the hill towards the old Magic Balloon site.

But if you are overlooking HH it would be on your right......from the top of the hill looking down as it were. I think he has got us all confused...lol

Yes, I was wondering about that  This is why I said, " I'm assuming you are going up the hill towards the old Magic Balloon site."

Yes. It would be going up the hill - and I am NOT setting you up. I have seen this on a pic, I will go back and search.
After Banyan Three sold their houses on the "other" hill with a view over HH and the Ocean I always thought that the location I am writing about would be the ultimate Hua Hin estate.
That's why I am pususing the dream.

Well, if it's going up the hill, next to the Pala-U road, on the right , I haven't seen anything being developed there.
