I would consider myself as a bit of a Diplomat. :thumb:

But seriously there was a stark contrast from last week to this week.

If anything the forum has at last sprung into life again, it has been questions and answers for ages.

At the end of the day most of it is harmless banter, but fun. :cheers:

It seems that the crackdown has eased, transfers have taken place to foreigners in the last few days, it seems that they will investigate the company if its a big deal going down.
As far as condos are concerned they are really expensive already so i dont see them increasing further. There was a story in The Bangkok Pots about 3 weeks ago basically detailng the costs here and commenting that it was over the top.
