Typical cost per meter, to build concrete wall

Can anyone with recent experience or knowledge enlighten us on the typical cost per linear meter? Some years ago, the cost of a concrete wall, per 1 meter-length x 2 meter-high, was 1,200 Baht per linear meter, all inclusive. I have attached the typical kind of wall I'm referring here, and just to clarify, the price is normally quoted per 1 linear meter width, of 2 meter height (not per sqm.) and normally includes finishing with a smooth finish. This isn't for a land retaining wall incidentally -- only a boundary on reasonably level ground. Thanks very much.
