Many Thai Mom and Pop shops sell them and you will also find them in several of the shops in the road that runs along the back of the wet market in town.

As a suggestion have previously had major problems with pigeons getting into hangar buildings in Outback Australia. Tried filling holes around roofline with bird wire but they still persisted. Eventually put some realistic rubber snakes around the roof line and secured them so they moved a little with the wind. Discouraged 95 percent of the pigeons with remainder dealt with by other means.

I watched a documentary once how they removed problem birds. There was a specialist with some sort of Eagle. He came to the troubled location and let his eagle fly around above. After he got a dead bird (probably from a pet shop) and let the eagle rip it appart on the ground. Needless to say all the surrounds birds saw this and flew away hastily!!
