I've tried to Google it for you and there are quite a few on-line type dictionaries, but they only translate from Danish to Thai giving the Thai alphabet characters. I assume you want Danish to Thai where the Thai translation is in Romanized characters.

I also haven't been able to find a hard copy dictionary either.

Go the the 'Nordic' section of the forum and ask the question in your native language. I would bet someone there has some good advice. Pete

Try se-ed on the 3rd floor of Market Village they have a large range of dictionaries but I am sorry I have no idea if Danish/Thai is one of them.

WHOOPS, sorry, big mistake. I thought you were Danish, not Thai therefore my earlier reply. Looking back through your old posts it seems I am wrong.

Anyway, go ahead and do a Thai language post in the 'Nordic' section. Will stir things up in there a bit. :D Sorry for confusion. Pete

If you want a dictionary with only roman characters (phonetics) and no thai letters there is a dictionary (Thai-Danish / Danish-Thai) here:

http://www.saxo.com/dk/item/kim-frideri ... =affiliate

Again the webshop is only in danish...

One last suggestion try Bookazine or Megabooks in the town they probably do not have Danish/Thai dictionary in stock but both stores are more than willing to order or have books sent down from Bangkok.

The other place would be the airport on her way to Denmark but that might be a bit late.

If she speaks english, I am quite sure that she will be better of with an english-danish / danish-english dictionary... and that will also be much easyer to find.
