Laser v Cryo with liquid Nitrogen.
I have had both and prefer the liquid nitrogen. Almost no pain with no need for local anesthetic, better coverage and scar looks better. The Dr had me return after 4 weeks, fora "touch-up" at no added cost

I can recommend Dr Junjira. Her clinic is on the main road, next to Avis, ~25 m to Hafele (Google maps 12.596861, 99.949639). Open 17-20 & 10-16 on Saturdays.

Dr Niwat’s Skin Clinic - In a shophouse almost directly across the street from obortor in Thap Thai. Open after 4:00 pm Mon, Fri, Sat. Tel: 063-7351237 Speaks English fluently but not sure about the girl that answers the phone as my wife (always) does all the talking. He is mostly retired but very busy and mostly farangs. Appointment good but not necessary. When too many appointments he opens a bit earlier. He removed a carcinoma for me. Wife who is an RN watched and said it was a deep cut and took 6 stitches to close but zero scar - no scar at all. The removed tissue sent to Bkk for pathology report, which he gave to me, showed tumor was completely excised with free margin all the way around. He did it strait away on first visit - no need to make appointment to come back tomorrow, everyone in the waiting room just waited a little bit longer. And we did not even have an appointment for that visit. Cost ฿6000, he said Bkk Hospital would charge ฿55000 but I hav no idea about that.

He also removed a large sun cancer from wife’s ear with laser. He has so many machines and equipment in his surgery room its almost a squeeze to get in there.

Slightly off topic but relevant to OP problem, please move if more relevant somewhere else.

There is a specialist skin doctor situated about 10 Km outside HH.
Very popular with Expats and Thais alike, no double pricing and excellent English.

Clinic is first come first served, consultation wait time therefore could be 1 to 1.5 hrs, this was free, as laser treatment with ultrasound was scheduled for half an hour before clinic a few days later. (about Baht 1,000)

Quote from email:
Dr Niwat's Skin clinic,

Tabtai

Huahin

from 2 to 8 pm. Please come in any convenient time.

The clinic locates in TABTAI, 10 Kms from Hua Na along Soi 112, turn left at the first

Intersection with red light. Then go straight 1 km .it locates on your right side near Viraya Village. (big green sign)
End Quote:

Can be reached from Hin Lek Fae (3218) by heading towards Soi 88 (Siam old teak road) and carry straight on until second set of traffic lights which is Soi 112 intersection, straight on 1 Km.
Hope this helps
Chas
P.S. don't forget as with all hospitals/clinics you will need passport

I visited Dr Niwat’s Skin clinic several weeks ago. I took a motorbike taxi from Hua Hin down Soi 112, not expecting it to be so far down Soi 112; this was before seeing the excellent location details above.

The clinic had several patients waiting; however I was seen next without an appointment. I had about 15 small to medium sized moles on my face removed by laser. At first I declined the anaesthetic, but agreed when told it would reduce bleeding and I assumed therefore smaller scabs. I had a dark blemish on the nose which I think was a skin cancer, that had an extra-long burn, took longer to heal but looks like normal healthy skin now.

Easy to communicate with Dr Niwat and I was pleased with the results.
The price was 4,000 Baht which I thought was ok.
I wrote earlier in a post above:
I went to the Rajdhevee Clinic on the top floor of Market Village, on the left side looking toward the theatre, as recommended on other posts here.
I was offered 2,500 Baht for the removal of 3 small moles using laser. I declined as that is a little expensive. The price dropped to 2,000 Baht as a promotion offer. I almost accepted but as I have about a dozen other moles to remove, I decided to look elsewhere.

I would recommend Dr Niwat and will back again for any skin ailments, even if the location is a little difficult to get to without your own transport.

When we first visited Dr Niwat about 3 months ago he was open after 4:00 pm Mon Fri Sat. Said he came here to retire and opened his small clinic for somthing to do but lots of people started coming. And obviously they like him as apparently he is now open more days and 2:00 to 8:00 pm, call him to check as his hours are increasing, 063-7351237.

Wife was back to him last week for laser removal of black blemishes on her face and very close to her eye. Had a 2 hour wait but considers him worth it. It seems that if he is really busy with lots of people in the waiting room and your treatment is beyond normal he might ask if you can come for treatment before opening hours on a different day but doesn’t charge for the first visit, just charges for the treatment, not the diagnosis.

His clinic is in a shophouse across the street and just a little west of Thap Tai Obertor.
