hi I am Jim a little new to this kind of thing so be wored of ramblings. I visited Hua Hin last november and fell in love with the life you all seem to enjoy. i have decided to take the plunge and put my house on the market and join you. This is a big step for me what should i look out for do i rent or buy? your help would be apreciated.
