Linda's Bar is now called BB bar and opened officially last night. Some nice eye candy and free grub last night. Not sure whether the candy will stay as I suspect they were family and going home (south) today.
Not sure about pricing yet. Bought for 300K and rent 15K/mth. Well kitted out bar so may soon be a regular haunt for me
'Manee' still doing 'buy 2 get 1 free'. Rumour has it John of the 'Sports Lounge' is back from Singapore today. Maybe his missus will have to put a ball and chain on again

My 2 mates and I had a walk up Soi 80 last week during our trip - it was completely dead. We did stop in one bar as we saw a guy we knew and had a beer, but it was really disappointing. Very few customers in any of the bars, some bars had only a couple of girls sitting inside who made no effort to attract us in. There were a couple of bars where 4 or 5 girls did their best to get us in, but none of them took our fancy.
Shame - it would be good to have a 2nd bar area.
We had the best time in the disco/kareoke area after the mainstream bars around Bintabat closed.
