Rode by this place tonight..all closed, litter strewn everywhere outside...looking shut for good IMO..??

A very expensive refit--looked horrible-- other bars not in the least bit threatened as the owner is known for his lack of business skills.

Doesn't seem to have a lot of luck, that property..

And further down, on the corner, right opposite El-Murphy's is another strange place. A pizza place that is NEVER open.

All a bit seedy just round there, with the ageing hookers on the corner and the LBs across the soi - but the Up2U decor was really unwelcoming..

Although the basic fabric of that building looks reasonably sound, it's hard to work out what you could do with it that would pay the rent..
