Do you know of any meditation classes in Bang Saphan?
The proper function of man is to live, not to exist. I shall not waste my days in trying to prolong them. I shall use my time.

The meditation group at Khao Santi has resumed their weekly meetings on October 01, 2020 and will again meet every Thursday from 9:30 – 11:30 a.m.

As most people living at Khao Santi belong to the high-risk-group regarding Corona-virus infections, strict adherence to the recommendations of the Thai Health Ministry
- wearing of face masks
- social distancing
- hand sanitizing
is a MUST if you want to join the group.
